Backbench MPs and even a member of the 1922 committee now saying he must go. I wish people would stop treating this as political ammunition because it isn't. His support is dwindling and this includes from the Tory ranks. I think he'll be gone within a couple of days.

 

I have this feeling hope I'm wrong but I think Commings will riddle out of this, he's as cunning as a Fox and there are millions of people like Nudger, Tekky and Neil mol in this country who believe anything these pr1cks say.

 

I have a theory he only speaks in parliament where he's covered by parliamentary privilege. He reads from scripts when addressing the nation. At present he knows there's going to be some sort of inquiry into the excess deaths. Loose lips could lead to criminal prosecutions, so he just does his jingoistic hot air act in public.

We need to see what science the advisors wanted to follow compared to what was demanded from the cabinet. Many reports of pressure, the Times report again today explains the entire mess 3 weeks prior.
At some point the scientists will have to cough or be ridiculed and dragged into this mess.

He has served his purpose to the 1922. He’s a hinderance going forward to them.

The cabinet (if they have any shame) are going to look very foolish after yesterday’s coordinated tweet a thon.

 

The Transport Secretary told the Sophy Ridge show: “I don’t have all the times and dates for you but I understand he will have travelled up there towards the end of March and stayed there, remained there for 14 days, didn’t leave the property and isolation, as per the rules and guidance"..........
Mr Shapps said he did not know if Mr Cummings visited Barnard Castle on April 12, as reported, but added that would have been after his 14-day isolation period.

I actually agree with you and while I don't agree with them I know exactly why the cabinet are towing the party line. Like I said Sturgeon defended her CMO but it wasn't enough and she resigned and I'll be amazed and disappointed if Cummings doesn't resign. There is only one acceptable outcome in my opinion.
