In one of those surveys it said Worsbourgh is in the top ten list of citys and towns which will be hit hardest by the pandemic.
i wasn't even aware Worsbourgh is a town in itself as in separate from barnsley and i was born there.
goggling this it seems to be indeed the case.

The boundary sign between Worsborough UDC and Barnsley County Borough used to stand on Sheffield Road just past old Tracky Sheds.

A few years ago in our village, there was a house that put up Christmas lights outside their house, along with decorations and a tree inside. All this done during the Summer. There were quite a few derogatory & sneering comments made about it. However, a young child within the household was seriously ill and wasn't expected to survive until Christmas. The family decided to bring their Christmas forward so the child could enjoy it one last time.
I'm just offering an alternative viewpoint with regards to a reason for this.
