https://www.politicshome.com/news/a...d-to-help-pubs-and-public-transport-to-reopen Boris getting it halved to the WHO recommendation of one metre would be welcoming. Then if we still don't see a spike which I don't think we will get it halved again. Then once more if we don't see a spike axe it completely. A sensible and gradual way back to normality over the next two months or so.
This is why the government dropped a bo ll ock setting deadlines like June 1st and July 4th for things re-opening. The number of 0-59 age group dying has dropped more drastically than they expected. Now they're looking at feeble ways to back out of their own legislation.
Mr Cummings action will get the restrictions lifted earlier as the government will want to "seem" fair.
Unless it's our back four. It wasn't what they did, it was the way that they did it - and that's what cost results.
185 deaths in England announced today with 29 of them being yesterday. 15/185 were aged 59 and under. 5/185 didn't have underlying health conditions. It's the lowest Thursday rise for nine weeks. We are slowly getting back to normality and I expect Boris at 5 pm will announce the two metre rule being slashed to help struggling businesses and public transport deal with more people.
