I had no idea players still got paid for their contract if a club goes out of business. Surely they are just a debt that can't be paid? Or a negotiated severance package is agreed with the administrators?
Many of the people now being asked to buy tickets in this uncertain time will have been asked to defer wages, take pay cuts & likely even being made redundant without them yet having it confirmed. It's v disappointing the players, whilst lower paid in comparison others in the league, haven't stepped up and supported at the least a deferral. They do that it sends a real 'in it together' message. But instead it adds another reason as to why people will no doubt say they're losing connection with football as a whole.
PFA terms. Football creditors get all they're owed where other creditors likely accept 5p or less in the pound. That assumes someone buys it from the creditors obviously. Right now, the players aren't assets IMO, they're liabilities.
So in respect of reserved+ for the shirts...... If I have 2 that will fit in the U19 category...... Are they classed as Adults or Children? Not entirely sure
No interest in watching football behind closed doors,i.follow or like iv seen it suggested reduced crowds. As far as im concerned the offer is very good as long as the club guarantee me a full refund for any games that are not played under normal circumstances.
