    Boris has also said that homosexuals are tank topped bumboys, that labour had an appalling agenda encouraging the teaching of homosexuality in schools, that gay marriage was comparable to sex with a dog. That Hillsborough was caused by drunks.

    That reminds me in case you missed it - over 2 years ago the Tories promised to make treatment to "correct" homosexuality illegal ( as did all the other major parties. You will doubtless be amazed to learn that in those 2 years they have done precisely nothing other than come out with statements that would make Sir Humprey Appleby beam with pride

    Look at this for a response to a parliamentary question asking why no progress has been made

    "Conversion therapy is a very complex issue," Ms Badenoch said in a written parliamentary written answer replying to a question about plans for legislation

    "There are a wide range of practices which may fall within its scope and we want to ensure we have a thorough understanding of the situation in the UK to inform an effective approach.
    Before any decision is made on proposals for ending conversion therapy we must understand the problem, the range of options available and the impact they would have.

    We will work to deepen our understanding and consider all options for ending the practice of conversion therapy."

    In other words they have done diddly squat and have no intention of changing that

    The punchline to this is the ‘model’ in question now saying she’s happy to be helping the government in these unprecedented times and linking Michael Gove in her tweets.
