    I'm waiting for a reset link from the club. It says it's sent it, but it hasn't come through in the last hour.
    Usually, I'm a fairly calm person and rarely swear on here. But what should be a simple, straight forward exercise is being made frustratingly complicated unnecessarily.

    Same here, cant even register, all the emails I have used, it's saying unavailable try another email account. not impressed :(

    I've have just completed mine on Microsoft Edge, straight forward. Been using Chrome, try Edge.

    Just tried that, mate. It comes up with "Your reset password request has been sent. Please check your email including spam folders for link to reset your password." as before.
    And as before, the request hasn't been sent. I must be honest here, I'm fed up of being messed about and lied to by the club!

    One of the videos is free for anyone, regardless of any subscription, so that's bizarre if you can't view it. What browser are you using? Do you have any ad-blocking extensions? Have you registered/subscribed for a free account?

    Doesnt help but mine just worked - copied the code into the link Whitely sent out a day or so ago
    logged in with my usual email and ifollow password
    took me to a buy the video pass screen with the code all filled in - so clicked buy and it all went through

    Got a confirmation mail as below
    Its not a new account though - its my existing one which I already paid an annual sub for for commentary etc.
    Not sure what happens if I cancel the renewal on that as no point paying for it until we can get to games as the season ticket promises access again next season

    Ignoring the bit about being liars, have you tried the live chat service found at the bottom right of the BFC homepage? Whilst we can give instructions galore (as we have done), iFollow isn't run by us. It's run by the EFL. We have no access to anyone's accounts, therefore can't deal with issues such as this, beyond giving advice based on experience. You can say that's shįt and I'd agree, but I didn't sign us into the agreement years ago, a previous CEO did. I'd love our own video platform, like Derby, Bristol City and Boro have etc. One that we can self-administer etc.

    Please accept my apologies on behalf of whoever it is who's lying to you. :(

    It's the same device, so yes. Safari is the worst browser to use though. Firefox is our go-to browser for most efficient playback.
