That seems obvious now, but I thought I was doing it from the device I was watching it on. I then got an error that I had to use the app (which isn't compatible with the device I was using) if that makes sense

I've tried asking for help from both the club and iFollow, to be met with what at best can be described as sheer indifference. When I've tried to create a new account, everything's been accepted. But then when asked to enter all details, the message comes back as invalid. I'm sorry, Andy old mate, but I'm disgusted with the way I've been treat. Usually, as you know, I'm a relaxed, easy going bloke. But the problems put in front of me and the way I've been treat when asking for help & advice has left a bitter taste in my mouth. After following the club for 52 years man and boy, it's angered me in a manner I wouldn't have thought possible. The fact that others have been sorted out is of no interest to me whatsoever. Oh, and I still haven't been allowed to sign up for the matches.
I'm sorry about my attitude, Andy. Perhaps it'd be better for me to walk away from the computer and calm down. It's fairly obvious now, though, that I won't have access to watching our remaining games. This has angered me, so that I'm blaming everyone, when it should probably be directed to iFollow. However, the help and advice which should go hand in hand with customer service has been non existent.
Which browser are you using? Just to get it clear in my mind so I can try and help, you have also tried signing up for a new basic subscription (I'm guessing using a different email address?) When you said 'everything's been accepted. But then when asked to enter all details, the message comes back as invalid' can you give a few more details (or screenshots)? Have you had a chance to enter the code yet? What did it say if so? I'm guessing you wasn't logged in at the time.
I've tried Brave, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Sorry, but I don't know how to do screenshots. I'm a bit flummoxed what other details I can provide. However, I DO appreciate your offer of help and am grateful of something not provided at all by other parties. To try and calm down, I went into our garden where I saw a neighbour's cat. To try and scare it off, I went "Ggrrrrrr!". The cat yawned, stretched then totally ignored me.
Do you have access to Firefox? It is iFollow's preferred browser. If I set up a new basic account and give you the password, you could try using that. You could then change the password straight away so only you know it. Edit: Done it. Check your private messages in chat below.
I would advise you to create a new email account just for this purpose. There are many free ones. Mail.uk is a good option. And, using Firefox browser (it's the one we use and seems to be less buggy than others regards iFollow). Then sign up for iFollow's basic package (free) by clicking here. Then, enter your redeem code HERE and hopefully you'll be fine. I wish I could be of better help. The Box Office is open now though, 10am until 4pm. Maybe one of our lovely staff in there could help? Don't give in on it. You are entitled to the streams. Like I say, in an ideal world I'd fix everyone's issues but it's difficult.
Qu for YTBFC I have 5 other season tickets on my account for my son and his mates. I have received my code and one other code for one of his mates but nothing for the other 3. I can’t find anywhere to update any contact details on an individual basis so just looking for advice. Are codes still outstanding or do I need to be doing something else? thanks in advance
