    Bring your cursor to the bottom till the Task bar appears And the full screen icon is bottom right

    Can’t remember exactly but try tapping the bottom , I’m sure U’ve had full screen before on the ipad

    iPad isn't the same aspect ratio as a TV so you'll always have the black bands mate
