have you really just said racism and its associated issues weren't around. WOW! we only have to look on here, at yours and others own posts to see a microcosm of whats going on. IF BLM want change? Oppressed people have wanted change for 100's of years but it hasn't happened.
NO!! Because being racist isn't illegal. It wasn't in itself a racist sign - but even if it had been, it almost certainly wouldn't have been illegal. From the NF all the way to the EDL, it's perfectly legal to be racist and proud of it in the UK. It only becomes illegal when you commit a crime that will often be exacerbated by a race element.
oh and while we are here https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/09/us/disband-police-camden-new-jersey-trnd/index.html
I’m not going to debate any further with you on this. I’m no racist and have never advocated this so get your facts right before you slur my posts. It’s there in black and white. The fact it would never happen is not the point here. The fact this movement has it as an aim, makes BLMUK an extremist group in my eyes. I find them as deplorable as far right extremists. I have given balance to my debate on this thread and don’t sit in one camp or the other, just the camp of common sense. I’m done on this, thanks.
Oh bore off will you. I haven’t said that, can’t you read? We aren’t Americans, this isn’t America. By and large everyone of working class heritage in this country today gets the same chances, regardless of skin colour. Historically I agree that wasn’t the case but not in any substantive way here and now imho. Extremist troublemakers rule now apparently and that’s ok on this board by the looks
not a chance, if you want to raise your hand with absolute ridiculous statements but not like being called out then dont post in the first place. I can read, its quoted above. If you think, as i assume a white middle aged straight male that there is a level playing field in the world and this country you've got your head in the sand, but then the internet is fantastic ,as we know all this already because you've posted as such for a while now.
No, the concensus is that we are sick to fuxking death of being tarred by the same brush as folk like you, Deetee and Selby when you spout your odious, far right bile.
It's becoming very clear when the opportunity arises certain people on here will do all that is required to argue against equal rights for people of colour. I've also noticed more than once LGBT issues have been ridiculed or attacked. When they don't feel quite brave enough to use direct language then whataboutery, patriotism, Britishness will be used as tools to hide behind, then claim innocence. How many would use such language, in public around those they're disagreeing with? Example; Selby Red would he have the fortitude to make his opinions known in person in public? If so I'd be selling tickets!
ah yes that left paper that's boycotted in Liverpool. How far to the right are you if you see the Sun as a lefty paper!?
But it was. And all the players took it as that too, hence Ben speaking out about it and the club too.
R H that's fine, you saw it that way, I didnt, and yes of course the players spoke out about it, they wouldn't dare say " No it wasnt a racist message but the blokes a dick for doing it"
