Re the ‘ultimate FAQ’ guidance just published can anybody please confirm if you have entered your code onto one device (PC in my case) can you subsequently watch a match on a different device ( eg iPhone) ?

Or can you only watch all matches on the original device the code was used with?

I think it’s the latter, unfortunately.

That seems very odd if so - isn't it applied to your account rather than a device?

A regular iFollow subscription allows you to access it across any and all devices, but only one at a time. It would be strange if they'd limited it just for people with season ticket codes.

Even if they have done that, I'd get in touch with them. Tell them your PC is broken!

Applying the code to the account would be more logical I agree and as an existing user I have been able to use different devices during the season to date. But the ‘ultimate guidance’ isn’t totally clear with regard to this offer and previous posts on here have suggested otherwise.
Good idea about having the PC nicked though

It'll be fine. It's one device at a time (the first one will be automatically logged out after a few seconds once a second device logs in).
