Hi all, Wondering if anyone can give me any advice regarding online purchase of season tickets (not renewal). I've been trying to buy 2 tickets for the family stand. One for myself and one for my 7 year old. When I'm trying to check out online to complete the purchase it won't allow me to do so unless I assign the U12 ticket to a member. It won't allow me to assign it to myself as I "exceed the number of permitted tickets for the game" (or words to that effect). I've been ringing the Club directly but simply can't get through, and I'm not sad enough to be on Twitter so I can't ask for advice on there, either. It's probably me being a bit thick, but has anyone else had to overcome such adversity? If so, any advice would be gratefully received by me and my kiddo. Thanks in advance.
Complete guesswork, but have you tried creating an account for your 7 year old? Then maybe once he's on the system, it'll let you assign the ticket. Just off the top of my head...
Thought about that, but I'd need to set up an email address for a child first, then create an account. I guess I just assumed the system would allow an adult/parent to link a child's ticket to their membership in a family stand and that the club would answer the phone?
Is there a way to set him up as part of your network, without needing him to have an email address? Sorry, it's years since I did my son's (he's an adult now) and I probably did it all in person up at the ground. I'll shut up now...
I believe you can set up the child’s account using your own email address, I’m sure that’s what I did last season.
Careful with that. I used my own e-mail address when I bought my daughters ticket in the office last year, but I haven't been able to renew hers online because I can't create an account for her using the same e-mail address I already have an account for myself with. Which means I haven't been able to renew hers before the deadline, cos I haven't been able to get through on the phone...
