I know I'm probably a bit behind on this given there's been three games shown on iFollow already, but I'm still struggling to get hold of a promotional code for iFollow. As I understand it, you needed to enter your season ticket reference on the e-ticketing site in order to link it to your email address. The club would then send you a promotional code to that email address to use on iFollow. I tried to do this before the game on Tuesday, but I think it turns out my ST is already linked to my account (somehow, I've never bought a ST through it?) but I never received an email with a promotional code. Does anyone know if I should have, or how I go about getting one now? I emailed the club before the match on Tuesday but still not had a response. Wondering if I'm missing something here?
If you had a season ticket for this season you should have already received a code direct from the club. If you are registered with the e-ticket site it should have been sent to the email address you are registered with. It sounds like you are so the club should have emailed the code to you a couple of days before the QPR game. If you never registered an email address with the e-ticket site you should have got the code by post.
I phoned main reception last week to ask about this. The lady there was very helpful and sorted it out in no time. I was told that some bulk emails from the club had been returned as spam, and letters were delayed due to the Covid 19 outbreak at Barnsley sorting office. She emailed the iFollow access code and instructions to me straight away, no problem. Tel No. 01226 211211.
