Dont get me wrong, I don't think its going to happen, I've about as much enthusiasm for the next three games as I have for a visit to Meadowhall with the other half. I was simply illustrating what can only be described as the 'wildest dream' scenario.

Sometimes, when the chips are down, and it’s a free hit then the pressure is off like at Fulham earlier in the season.

Because everyone wanted 9 points from the last 3 games and we got 2 obv. puts a negative feel on things but even if we had taken say 6 points we’d still need something from the last 3 games anyway.

It’s a weird season and the EFL could control the final outcome if they get the deductions done. Not a great way to do things but if that sees 2 teams below us with deductions then we’re a lot closer to safety with teams playing each other.

we’ll know by end of Thursday that’s for sure

Nothing wrong with wild dreams! But the game is up for me, sadly.

    Leeds v Barnsley, Thursday

    Premier League v League One

Outcome not in any doubt, I'm afraid.

I know football doesn't always work like this but..
    Leeds 5 Stoke 0
    Stoke 4 Barnsley 0...

Leeds 9 Barnsley 0? Wouldn't bet against it. If we have a first half like Stoke away I dread to think.

Leeds haven’t been great since the restart but have ground out results.
If we can keep Hernandez quiet we have a chance.
We will need to sit deep and work very hard, and play very quickly on the break.

Very much doubt it will be the walkover some are suggesting.

So using the same logic that'll be 3-3 on Thursday then. Seriously I think it's nailed on that we will either win, lose or draw :D

Only saving grace for me is now we have no insurance. We've blown the get out jail games against Millwall, Stoke, Luton and Wigan. Now it's **** or bust. No point going to Leeds trying to keep it tight they'll expect that and out manoeuvre us eventually. Better trying to hit them from the off. Maybe Brown or Chaplin to get things moving.

I think that is as good a guess as any and confirms what we have been saying for a while we need to get to at least 49 points to have anyrealistic chance of survival and that is assuming Wigan keep the 12 point penalty. I think we need to win all 3 remaining games to be certain of survival. Maybe if the Fowls get hit with a big penalty it helps but I still dont see us surviving on any less than 49 points
