Why would you sell both Williams? Especially Jordan? Both have improved loads over the course of the season & are still very inexperienced.

Milker and Adebayou sell. Sibbick too if he isnt getting a go under Struber. Hearts fans want him back, maybe on loan.
We cant loan out or sell all our u23 players surely?

    Halme – Keep
    Miller – Sell
    Mowatt – Keep
    Simoes – Keep

I wouldn’t change a lot. I’d keep most of the squad.

    Both keepers are fine.

    J. Williams, Sibbick, Diaby, Halme, Anderson, Solbauer, B. Williams & Oduor is 2 players for each position at the back. I wouldn’t mind a new right back but not end of the world if Sibbick plays there.

In midfield I obviously want to keep Mowatt but realise he may well leave, if so we need a really good sitting midfielder.

As for the rest keep all of Styles, Thomas, Simoes, Palmer, Wolfe & Ritzmaier who’s proved his worth.

Up top keep Brown, Chaplin & Schmidt & I’d like to keep Woodrow but all logic suggests he’ll go.

I’d like a new forward, preferably someone decent in the air who can play with his back to goal just to give us a different option & a right footed central midfielder to play with Styles & hopefully Mowatt (or his replacement)

McGeehan & Bahre to go. Green, Miller & Adeboyejo I don’t think think are up to it. If Struber sees something in them maybe a loan or keep as squad players.

    22 man squad -

    Collins & Walton

Williams x 2, Solbauer, Sibbick, Diaby, Anderson, Halme, Oduour

Mowatt (or replacement), Styles, Simoes, Thomas, Wolfe, Palmer, Ritzmaier & new midfielder

Brown, Chaplin, Schmidt & new striker.

I know times are tough after COVID but I’d imagine we’d be able to sign the 2 or 3 players I’m suggesting given we’d be selling Woodrow, McGeehan & Bahre & have already trimmed the wage bill of Thiam, Pinillos, Dougall & Radlinger.

I think we'll see one or two of our big players leave - Mowatt with only 1 year left might be off, which would be a big shame. Woodrow too, if anyone has the money to pay a decent fee for him! I could also see there being interest in Brown.

Assuming we only lose a couple, I think we'll be looking to sell McGeehan, Bahre and Green. Probably Big Victor and Miller too? This should all free up a fair amount of the wage budget, and with a handful already departing and the Wilks fee it might allow us to bring a couple in.

Of those who've featured in the run in, I wonder if we'll move any on? We'll have 5 centre backs with Sole, Bambo, Halme, Andersen and Sibbick, so I wonder if one of those might go.

I think we need to improve at full/ wing back so that might see Ben Williams leave.

Lots of promising young midfielders there but I don't see how we're going to have room to play them all, so I'd expect some to go out on loan. Maybe Wolfe?

The squad needs balance 2 players for each position substituting under 23 graduates when needed. I think we're just short up front because Chaplin and Simoes aren't out an out strikers. Woodrow does his bit but you need different options.

We already have a very big squad so if any players are to be brought in there would have to be a fair number moved on first imo.

I don’t think either will ever be championship quality, it’s not through lack of effort which is a shame. Very much like George Smith however I’d love to be proved wrong

I think Jordan’s already proved he is. Still not sure on Ben but given they’ll be two of the lowest earners in the squad & are both versatile I can’t see anyone wouldn’t keep them even as squad players

we need better. Wether we can afford better is another matter. Keeping someone because they might be a decent lad or a squad player is wrong, I’m not sure he’s proved himself a championship player when we’ve been in the relegation zone all season but that’s just my opinion, others will no doubt have there’s!

Far too much loyalty being shown towards our current team. We can't fall in to the Flicker trap again where too much was shown in the last great escape lot and we went down the very next season. By gradual progression to move up the league anyone who isn't a regular already should be sold. Then anyone deemed good enough to be kept around would move down to the bench, to be replaced by a better quality of player in the starting line up. Covid has made cash tighter than before so we can't show too much faith that some will get better. Obviously some will but more will probably hit their peak of being alright but not good enough for where our own ambition should be.

Not sure why you would want to keep ritzmaier I've not seen anything in him to say he will come good. Last night he did nothing of note the most notable thing was when he got the ball in the box and instead of trying to stay on his feet and go for goal jumped to the floor embarrassing.

Jordan William's hardly played when we were crap. I don't know but I bet his record of ppg proves he's championship quality. He's very young and has improved no end this season. We deserve to reap the rewards of his progress not sell him before he's peaked.

I think Jordan Williams has got potential. Still only 20! I wouldn't let him go on the cheap now when he could improve a lot. Maybe a loan deal, if we've got him on a long contract

3 or 4 additions nothing major unless our first team players leave. Something special about this team. Oops cant believe I said that after earlier this season posts. We defo need a striker regardless and another winger and a full back.
    Mcgheehan
    Ben Williams
    Miller
    Green
    Odebeyajo can be sold

Loan all the young ones out. Maybe Simoes too if we get another striker and a winger.

I have my own ideas and don’t think a few are good enough for the championship inc the full backs, Ritz etc but

Struber clearly knows loads more than me about association football. He’s done some pretty odd things and shipped out players I rated, yet let’s be honest his record is outstanding. Totally trust him and hope he gets the backing he deserves.
