90% is all premier league. The other 10% is eventually linked to the premier league...even the fishing bit
Simon Jordan just said Wigan are a club that's been haemorrhaging money for years and they've got no chance of winning their appeal. He'll do for me
Just listened, Simon Jordan has just gone up in my estimation. Stated Wigan have no chance of getting the 12 points overturned and had a go at the administrators.
He's one of the few worth a listen on talksport. I don't always agree with him but he gives his opinion and backs up his reasoning.
Just about everyone in football outside Wigan says its a nonsense appeal. My only worry is the Administrators know something we dont - but if they do they havent made it public knowledge. I just worry that whoever is on the independent appeals panel might get swayed by their top brief
Usually I can’t stand listening to Talk Sport. Especially them tossers that are on after 10pm, going on about the premier league and how much Harry Kane or whoever deserves a contract of 500k a week and that Man Utd or Chelsea should pay a £500m for another overrated player. Life outside the top 6 clubs doesn’t exist to them. Nor the real world.
Regardless mate, their owner at that point in time, placed them into administration. Regardless of takeovers etc Administrators are running the club, and even had the fans have a whip-round to get 150k to assist them to finish playing the games - automatic 12 points deduction as per EFL rules. Wigan have been losing almost £10m a year for the last few years, with cash flow being supported by their previous owners. They have lost their SugarDaddy, that’s not forced majeure or the EFLs fault.
I'm addicted to it. I don't listen to music or any other channels. Jordan is a quality listen. He's clued up and dunt give a sh17e .
i like simon jordan alot. the best on talksport. always talks sense and backs up his thoughts and findings.
