I don't think that anything will ever top Howard's goal at Anfield for me. I was furious at the referee for not giving us the most definite penalty in the history of football, and ten seconds later I was in ecstasy - that was amazing.

I was in the Liverpool end - so hard not to jump up and scream. Think I put my hands over my mouth and muttered oh my god which I thought was quite neutral :)

Clint Marcelle away at Man City was a good one- we were sat very close to City fans behind the goal and their faces were a picture

Ah I remember that one. Didn’t they equalise about 5 mins into injury time (in the days not much was usually added) we kicked off got a corner which they cleared and Banks rocketed it in off the underside of the bar. Seem to remember the rare experience of despair to ecstasy in the space of 30 seconds

Most of the ones I could think of have already been posted.

Don’t know if it was last minute but wasn’t Bobby’s equaliser against Newcastle late on? Either way it was a great moment.

This is Carl Dickinson's winner versus Cardiff from the away end...

Howard's Anfield winner aside, I think it has to be either Rankins goal against Brentford on 2003 (I'd pay money to see that again but never seen it anywhere) or Angus MacDonald v Wednesday. The two this month are so important but without fans I just cant quite place them as high.

Does anyone remember a crazy 3-3 home game with QPR around 2004? David Murphy scored a free kick in stoppage time and we went on be pitch only for one of theirs, possibly Paul Furlong, to nod home an equaliser even later... a great game that was.

If last minute goals, either Andy Savile at Bramall Lane or Owen Archdeacon v Leicester in the FA Cup.

i wasnt there. But its one of those moments where you know exactly where you were at the time. Toronto, lad skating outdoors in the harbour front. Daughter messaging that looks like we had got a draw. Then we scored. No instant video back then so she had to describe it. Every-time i look at the pics and even when i revisit Toronto’s harbour front that goal comes back to me.
