Yes, me too. Derby must be worrying, think their case is arguably worse than Wednesday’s isn’t it?

That might be why they are just thinking about it though.

This whole EFL malarkey getting a bit murky now, cases all over the place.
Charlton at risk of charges over ownership and Charlton to act against this.
    Chaos ensues

Maybe that's why they are "Considering" it. Wait and see what happens with Wigan.

Off the top of my head, Derby sold their stadium to themselves for a larger sum than Wednesday sold Hillsborough to themselves for. Something like £80million as compared to £60-something million.

So, yeah, Derby look to be in a worse position than Wednesday. But you never know with the EFL...

Wednesday also invented bogus sponsors and put their ground sale in the wrong years accounts. Think Derbys is just about the inflated price for the ground rather than a multitude of frauds. They may get off with a lighter punishment, especially as a Derby director is on the EFL board.

    Consortium.
Not as easy as that - because as Dane Murphy seemed to imply at his Q&A session - some of the clubs in the Championship like the relaxed way that the EFL go about their business because it gives those clubs an advantage.

The beauty of the EFL is they don’t need the Championship clubs, there are 72 members who all have a say, get the majority of L1&L2 on board and you out vote those teams with vested interest.

Charlton are only considering their position. They won't make any decision until after the Wigan verdict at least.

Surely we should be considering an appeal as well? We have more at stake than Charlton do. We could end up being done over twice!

You are right derby’s is all about the valuation. They told the EFL and even though Mel Morris sold it Mel Morris It’s all legal apparently.

The word I am getting is Barnsley are likely to get 12 inches up them from the entire band of bástards at the EFL. There's a signed copy of Rick Parry's intentions, and he'll play a cameo during the penetration. x

If we are serious about taking on the EFL we should support Charlton regardless of the outcome of the Wigan appeal.
