Good to ask for feedback. I noticed on a few questions you couldn't give the answer you wanted. For example the question of what would get you to Oakwell earlier 'nothing' wasn't an option. You could have had at the end a section for people to add thoughts about things that wasn't covered by the questionnaire.
Good idea and nice to see club taking people's views into account. I'm personally quite happy with what we get - match part is main bit why I attend as a middle aged man who doesn't have kids attending with me. Only thing for me possibly would be a bar/club like we used to have in the Ponty. Wasn't a regular attender but was nice to pop in for a pint if I wanted to. What Carlisle offer is fantastic - attended a few games there with friends who support them. Straight from the bar into your seat - great setup!
Agree. like the idea of the fanzone. Would prefer a social club indoors big enough to cater for larger numbers.
A good questionnaire should always ensure the answered provided give the answer that the questioner wants so I find them all pointless. Expect I did fill this in and am generally happy*. Had there been a free text box I'd have mentioned payment for items (food) inside the ground being made by card. * There is first for those of you that know me.
Having done this sort of job until very recently, aggregating feedback, the free-text stuff is the most important and insightful stuff in any survey.
I found some questions difficult like 'How many years have you been attending Barnsley FC matches?' I've been attending regularly, with a season ticket for about 4 years now I think but I've attended a couple of matches a season for about 20 years. I thought that ticking 20+ years makes it sound like I've been a season ticket holder for that long though so I went with 4.
Admittedly, some of it does just say things like: "MY GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING AND HE IS COMING FOR U", but customers' ability to read between the questions is at times insightful!
I had the same thought on a few questions, and was hoping there was an "Any other feedback" question at the end.

Yeah a nice feedback section where we could give our thoughts on anything not covered such as getting back to games, catering, stewarding, prices etc.
I would like the club car park ticket to be a raffle with top prize each week and 20 drawn out for free entry week after, then wouldn't feel so ripped off they should pay us for misery of car park
