My bad, I did not read the article. Just the headline on BBC news site. Misunderstood it. It's an age thing I guess.
Hmm..that's gonna be bad news for Struber. I think he sometimes nips back to Austria after a Saturday match for a night or two to see his family. He said a few weeks ago that he'd find it hard to work in the UK if there were quarantine measures in place
but it also says thats effective from saturday 22nd at 04:00. So if we are indeed after Kopke we have to get him across by then. Or have I got that wrong too.
1) If you started your journey from one of the countries that come under quarantine rules, you still have to quarantine - doesn’t matter where you fly from. 2) Paperwork can be done electronically. 3) Possibly if related to business, quarantine exempt. Hence GG could travel to Wigan and back. 4) Football has strict test regimes, so I believe the quarantine part isn’t too bad for clubs. Hence Champions League and Europa League have been fine, along with F1 going ahead in Spain etc.
I would think popping back to see family doesn't count as business travel. We've not seen any of our family in person since about March.
