Has anyone taken part in any of the Tim Burgess listening parties on Twitter? I thought it was a bit of a strange concept at first. Basically everybody putting a parricular album on at the same time and following the Twitter thread throughout. They've actually been really good. Band members and producers usually join in so some good insight. Particularly enjoyed the Cribs and Dexys ones.
The oasis ones and the 2 dma's ones I caught. Enjoyable to learn of the mini story's behind the songs.
Yeah, the posts from the people involved in the albums have usually been really good. Images of original lyrics, recording photos etc and song related stuff. Tim done good.
