That mugging in tarn

It was done on the just giving app. They have a stipulation that the money received must be paid into a bank account. The lad couldnt get one and it was concluded that there would be no certainty that he would receive the money if paid into any of his "friend's' accounts. All monies donated were quickly reimbursed by just giving. Like I said earlier it's such a shame. Great effort by the good folk of our town nonetheless.
