There's really no need for people to fall out. If folk want their codes, they'll get them, with the help of the club. Everybody relax. Until the next issue.
Yes mate agreed. I have the same issue with my Mum who's 80. I did though (after the end of last season) create an e-ticketing account and link an email address to her online account
If you sign out of your own account, you can go through the register each one here: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc/Authentication/Registration They will still be in your "network", and you can continue to administer their season pass when the time for renewal arrives.
Sorry mate, not thinking straight . I would try and link email addresses to the other accounts to try and get the codes in time, like I have done for my 80 year old (technophobic) mother
Honestly not sure why they just didn’t have one code that is valid until it’s no longer required. Would save so many clubs/supporters so much hassle each week.
A note from Beth: Don't register an account on etickets as it has zero to do with iFollow or passcodes. If anyone needs to add an email address to an existing account, please email memberships@barnsleyfc.co.uk with the client reference number and address they want adding to that account.
Hi @YTBFC Thanks I see you changed the wording on the official site - Does the email address you want to add need to be the one you send the email from - eg Can I send one asking Beth to add my dads email to his account - or does he have to send the email from the email account he wants adding?
Hi Andy, That is not what it says here: https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/2020/june/yourdetails/ The link inside the blog post takes you through to the eTicketing Site. Best Wishes, Stephen
Which was posted in June, and wasn't correct. I'd follow the September information for this current season, Stephen. Kind regards, Andrew.
No offence, Zoe, but I've been on here 20 years or more, I've actually met Stephen a few times too. I can attempt to do my best but sometimes I will just revert to type. And I am, as anyone who knows me will testify, a sarcastic, píss-taking twât.
Thank you for this, I will look into it. Much appreciated Edit, I’ve just seen the information posted above. Thanks anyway though.
To be honest, after the day I’ve had at work today I could have very easily reverted to that too! (Not with students, they’ve been great.)
Because this is a system devised and implemented by the EFL - you know, the organisation that set out to design a horse and ended up with a camel.
