Worth the hassle if England has the same? Seems to me that if they think it's so unsafe that all them rules must be adhered to then it's not safe to go back.

Which part of these guidelines do you see as a hassle? Obviously the singing/shouting will be hard as emotions no doubt take over, but 80% of that is just maintaining social distancing.

A lot of stuff listed there I'd class as common decency/best practice

Arrive in your time slot. What if it's 1 pm in December for a 3 pm kick off? A mask at a outdoor venue. Can't stand up is going to be hard to police when we score. People will want to leave their seat for example to the toilet. Not throwing the ball back seems OTT when everyone has already used hand sanitiser on entry. You have to remain seated at full time but what if you want to leave early because you've a train to catch or we've been rubbish?

During the game, 3 and 5 are going to be difficult.

    3. If you need to leave your seat, wait for the gangway to clear. How do you keep 2 metres apart to get to the gangway?

    5. If you pass the match ball back sanitise your hands immediately. How? Where are the santisers? Back on the concourse? Then need to go back to 3 to gain access to the concourse.

I couldn't care less about touching the ball. A timeslot for arrival has been mooted for weeks. Disagree with having to wear a mask, but ok. You can leave your seat mid-game as it tells you what to do when you do - and I'd assume that also counts for those who say they need to leave early. I'm sure standing for a goal is fine and this is about continual standing.

Seems fair enough to me overall.

From what I've seen/read it's accepted that you'll not be able to stay 2m apart getting past someone on a row. This is all about limiting those scenarios to as much of a minimum as possible - otherwise we'll never get back to Oakwell.

Stations might be installed at the top of each gangway? We won't know until we experience it for ourselves. Refer to my answer to point 3 though, it's still not a hassle in my opinion. Can't wait!

My opinion is if we have to go through all those safety procedures then attending football is not yet a safe to attend.

I can't see it working, imagine a last minute winner in a big game.

Everyone sat doing jazz hands to celebrate the goal. It's not going to rival Mcdonald against Wednesday is it.

How about the people who like to congregate drinking a few beers before taking their seats?

It's different but if we dont go through these necessary steps we won't get back at all.

None of it seems outrageous to me and I generally have a little sanitizer and mask on me just in case I need them now anyway so nothing to worry about there.

We seem in this country to want responsibility and freedom to do things but then put obstacles in the way, If it has to be like that for a while so be it.

No, you've got the 12.30 slot. Plus it's first in last out, so you won't be able to leave until 5.45 :)

I reckon a lot of it is hassle. It's not normal or the experience we would like to have. Having said that, it may be that these factors are essential and should be applied. Still a hassle or irritating inconvenience though.

When I went to the snooker we only had to have a mask on entry, not the match. And that was indoors. I feel for the stewards in all honesty.

Why are they insisting on face coverings at an outdoor event?

What happens as well if you miss your slot? No entry? Someone might get caught up in traffic or be relying on unreliable public transport. But stewards would assume someone is taking the mock purposely turning up as late as they want.

Face mask on entry but not at the actual match???
That is a very very strange rule. More than a bit pointless if I’m honest.
