I’ve received a confirmation of payment (even though I haven’t paid anything apparently) and this has an ID code but my iFollow isn’t asking for it - just says Watch match now
I have tried at least 3 times the message I get is something like "error charging your card". Can I have my ST money back? I did not have this problem when the seasons as re-Started. This is a poor show.
Just go back to the home page and click watch now. Ifollow is just ****, it's gone through but shows the error.
Thanks for trying to help mate but tried that it doesn’t,t work this really is ***** I will just listen to it or get a refund for the match I cannot watch.
Can watch it on my mobile (got a Huawei psmart). But can't project it to my TV. Fired my laptop up and rigged it up to my TV with an hdmi cable. Picture is pretty good, but not perfect. But it keeps buffering. For a tenner I want it to be perfect. Not that impressed.
We tried that and we just get back to the first payment screen yet again. If I-follow is run by EFL they had better get it sorted soon.
I’ve been trying for 40 minutes on three different devices now and still can’t get the video. I managed to get the video on my phone for about a minute but then the screen went black and I haven’t been back on since. I’m less than impressed!
Constantly getting invalid voucher. This level of service is the reason i cancelled iFollow originally.
