It really is unbelievable how poor the experience of redeeming codes or buying passes is on ifollow. It wanted payment details off me to redeem my code. WTF! Lots of errors. Seems like it worked but there was no notification that this was the case.
Exactly the same. Error on card, tried PayPal, redeemed codes(s) as I have two and nothing!!! Certainly not the fault of the club but totally frustrated and disappointed!!!
I followed Trickster's advice, ignored the error message and clicked on the match - YES straight in. They sure don't make it easy.
Hadnt seen Tricksters advice but I entered the code which took 10 pounds off the cost as expected but then it wanted me to check out. I did this with PayPal but returned to the same place. Did it again... round and round in circles. Gave up but seemed it had applied to my account.

Wouldn't work on my iPad because of software shortcomings re- my Apple is 10.3. 3. iFollow say I need 10.4 as a minimum. Applied the app to my Samsung phone. Restricted field of vision but at least I can watch the game.
Now when I click on get match pass it just takes me to my information page. Now way to get any further. Tried different browsers and the app on my phone. Nothing. I'm just furious about this happening again.
I had a card error when I registered the other day to give myself plenty of time. I went to try PayPal but it just took me to a blank screen. The card option eventually worked after trying a few times. It shouldn't need our card details for something we aren't being charged for that's a joke.
Email sent to club requesting a refund on my season ticket. I shall send one a day until I get my money back. Like most things the "new normal" is total $h!,t. Feel for those at the club as the idiots at the EFL and iFollow are at fault but its the club I've paid.
That makes me think that you are doing something wrong. You can get that message if you reenter a code that you have already used so it may have worked previously. I can try and help if you like and talk you through any of it.
