It just came on. I've basically given up. Credit to Beth at the club they emailed me back regarding my refund and told me to email the box office email address. The problem for the club is if I get my money back then I may not bother again.
You normally get the invalid code message if it has already been redeemed. Check that it's not actually working. If it's not, try making sure you are not accidentally copying a blank space before or after the code.
Not had a problem, but then i am watching through iptv. In my opinion ifollow isnt fit for purpose when so many want to watch
If you have received a code, on this page https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/ scroll right down to where it says match passes (about half way down the page) and then click 'subscribe now' next to today's match. Fill in your details and put the code in the voucher code box and then click apply.
The code worked for me then it kept saying card details invalid. One of the times I clicked on watch live now it let me in for 10 seconds then kicked me out. Now when I click on watch live now I get the match pass screen again. Subscribe now is just loading my information page for some reason. Cleared web history. Even tried a different laptop. Ifollow are a joke.
No access. Just goes around in a loop when I click on 'Subscribe' it just goes to 'My Account'. It is hopeless. I've emailed EFL to complain but I suspect that's a waste of time.
Exactly what mine is doing. I'll be trying to get my £250 back on Monday. I'll reassess when we are allowed back in Oakwell which is of course after we have stopped all deaths from happening. Could be a while
Done that about 50 times, either goes on a loop to my account details, or I log out and back in get to payment details then says an error message.
I'm sure they have. It just goes around in circles. I've tried 2 laptops my phone and about 4 different browsers. Seems to be pot luck on who is able to watch and who isn't.
Took me a good half an hour to log in. Rejected my password, even though I knew it was right. Tried to reset password but got stuck in a loop of nothing happening. Ten minutes later an e mail cane through to reset password. Then got stuck in a paypal loop so they could take my non-payment! Very frustrating.
I'm normally pretty good at solving tech problems as it's just going through steps and problem solving but I'm annoyed as I can't think what it causing the problem you describe.
