    It doesn't make any sense to me why its loading up the account information page. I've given up now. I've emailed asking for a refund now which might just be a angry over reaction.

    You should be able to type it straight into the iFollow app why make it so complicated needs sorting.
    Tried what what you suggested don,t work.

    It's also taking me my account information if I try to subscribe to the Middlesbrough game or even just audio for today. Think I'll be onto the club Monday.

    Yeah I thought the same. Forgive my ignorance but how do I check it’s not working? Attempted both copying and manual entry to make sure no leading spaces etc.

    No I've even been through and re entered everything a few times and clicked update. Once on that page there is no way to advance either you just go have to go round and try again.

    I can only suggest logging out and clearing cookies but switching machines would have had the same effect.

    Not managed to get on at all. Accepted the voucher but then nothing after that. Click on watch match just goes to a page where it just shows my details and payment methods etc but no buttons to go anywhere.

    Tried to use the support chat, it said before the start of the match an agent will be with me momentarily. Still waiting.. piss poor imo.

    Oh! Now I realise what you meant! (I think). You have to click 'pay with this card' or whatever it says next to your card details, it's a red button, before you then click the red button at the bottom (forgot what that one says). That stumped me for a bit too.

    It won't even take us back to that page though it just goes straight to page with my details on. And there is no way off that page.
