Aired last night on BBC and available on iPlayer. Brilliant, stark and informative documentary on where the world is heading if change isn’t made to our lifestyles. One of the best Attenborough’s iv ever watched, I urge people to check it out.

A very tough documentary to watch, I like many on here love getting out and enjoying nature and the beautiful world he inhabit.

We need to think smarter, the pandemic shows we don't need to keep building office spaces. Making countless journeys in our own cars. It shows we need energy efficient and clean housing and transport. The technology is there it's time to offer everyone the chance to get it.

We can easily live side by side without cutting down trees and habitats. We don't need to live in concrete jungles.

Today theres 5 Atlantic storms, only the 2nd time it's happened. Each year countless homes are destroyed and lives ruined. We replace with the same housing and just think of ways of stopping surges. Hurricanes are getting bigger, stronger and hold more water.
Hurricane proof technologies are outdated by the time they're implemented. Not too dissimilar to some of the UK's flood defences. Yet we marvel at stopping floods one and dispair the next when they fail or pass the issue either up or down stream.

I understand that people’s busy lives gives them little time to think about it, it does mention in the doc that we often forget that we are part of the wider ecosystem when we just spend all our conscious lives just living in cities and towns but for me just watching that programme will educate you massively and open your eyes. Once again I urge everyone to watch it!

This is well worth a watch if you enjoyed the documentary . Michael moore s planet of the humans , released a few months ago on you tube for free . Very sobering . Shows you how big corporations con folk into thinking their creating " green energy " when their doing anything but . Think he had a battle to keep it on there but after nearly 10 million views it seems he won his battle .

    "Take a packet of seeds,
    Take yourself out to play,
I want to see a river of orchids
    where we had a motorway.

Push your car from the road..."
