If I have a firestick onto which I've downloaded my VPN and IPTV supplier, can I take the stick to another house and watch there? Will both programs connect fine? Ta
Been thinking about going down the IPTV route myself ready for the Chelsea game. Heard of a few people who can sort it but wondered how simple it is to do myself or is it worth paying someone for? cheers
I’m not great at IT stuff but managed to do it myself, youll need to change a few settings on the firestick, download a few apps and join a subscription service. Just depends the price you’re paying for a pre-set up stick, if it’s cheap enough may not be worth the hassle. It’s doable yourself though, well the provider I’m with was.
The initial setup can be a bit confusing but it's not and once you get it setup it's pretty much just a case of leaving it and using it. Finding them is the hardest as they tend to be hidden. If you know of one then it should be easy. I use OTTTV and while some think it's expensive at £8 a month they do have a Discord channel and are on it pretty much 24/7 to try and sort issues. The good thing is they have their own app so no need to mess with IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV. Its been harder for suppliers since the largest setup was shut down earlier this year
