AN UPDATE FROM DANE MURPHY Interviews The Reds' Chief Executive Officer addressed a number of issues when he met with members of the press this week. Continue reading on the official site...
Interesting update from CEO, seems quite frank over a number of key issues, Struber, Brown, Diaby, New Striker, hope it comes to fruition
Dane trying to be as honest as he can as usual but the fact remains that his employers are acting like cowards and treating the fans with disdain. Come on con way open your fat mouth and actually speak
Danes job is to speak on Conways behalf and that's what he's done. Not many chairmen in industry speak out, that's why they employ CEOs. Too many on here think they have a divine right to be told everything but Sorry, that's not how it works. Have a little trust and see how things pan out
No he hasn't spoken on con ways behalf. He states that he doesn't know about the ownership situation. If he doesn't know he can't answer on their behalf. THEY need to be open with the fans and stop hiding.
I said on another thread I felt the press quote about Struber was a bit disappointing, so I’ll go on record and say think this is much better.
He always comes across as extremely open and honest. It's rare that you get the feeling he's holding information back even if he is (which I'm not saying he is). A great quality to have.
Think he’s covered everything pretty well there and answered a lot of issues we just need a good result tomorrow and I think we’ll all feel more positive.
I always enjoy reading what Dane Murphy has to say and believe he's a great credit to the club & himself.
Interesting to hear that the club thought that Sandro was a done deal. Also interesting choice of words when referring to Mowatt and his agent (positively)and then going back to Brown.
Quite happy with that. I had been feeling a bit negative over a few issues, but that's eased my worries a little. I would like to hear directly from Conway at least occasionally though.
The only issue I have is that he seems to have hung Brown out to dry a little bit. Apart from that, it's fair.
