Home advantage has gone out of the window. Of 13 matches played in premier league and championship yesterday ,only one , Watford/Luton resulted in a home win.

The main advantage of playing at home is the influence that the crowd has over marginal decisions. Theoretically, this should work in favour of smaller clubs such as ourselves.

We can't have it both ways. We were all saying last season after lockdown that the empty stadiums have done our young lads the world of good, taken the pressure off etc. New season, still no fans and we are yet to score in 4 out of our first 6 games.

Something is very wrong down on Grove Street imo. We have all heard the rumours regarding Struber leaving. This will have undoubtedly not escaped the attention of the players. Strubers attention cannot possibly be 100% on BFC if he is holding discussions on leaving the club, that is just a fact.

We have the ownership feud which shows no clear sign of reaching a conclusion this side of christmas.

No new signings for a while in key areas where the whole footballing world can see we need them.

Couple this with a dip in form of our better players and we have a recipe for a losing streak on our hands.
