He's going through one of those stages. When he scores, the floodgates will open. Sadly I think that will be for another team.
I thought that when he scored against forest, but then he missed a fairly easy chance shortly afterwards. Hopefully a run in the team in a front two will see a return to form.
He needs some stick, so does Chaplin and the rest of the toothless attack. some of the attempts yesterday were abysmal. No one carved out a opening, a chance or even looks like scoring. They need to look at themselves. if we sold Chaplin, Schmidt, Woodrow, freiser, adeboyejo would anyone be bothered? Give Aiden Marsh a run. He can’t be anywhere near as bad. Least he will want the best for the club
Must be the worst front line as in squad players in the league. Chaplin, Woodrow, Schmidt, Adeboyejo, Freiser I bet defenders bab there selves on a Friday night knowing any of them are playing.
Cauley has been key in getting us promoted and keeping us up. Some people have short memories. Yes, I would be bothered.
Similar to the Mowatt one from the other day. Woodrow championship stats prior to his move to midfield, and Ritzmaier's introduction alongside him: 35 games, 14 goals, 2 assists. 1 goal or assist every 2.1 games Since those changes to the way we play: 14 games, 0 goals, 0 assists. It isn't the players who have suddenly become bad players, it's the way our manager is utilising them. Two of our best players gone from 1 in 2 and 1 in 3 to 0 in 14 and 1 in 16 respectively.
Might be best for all concerned then when Struber moves on then. We haven’t kicked on from last season at all.
I think he misses the fans singing his name. Playing to empty stands has really put him off his game.
He had scored six in the last nine games we played before lockdown. He seems to struggle to motivate himself as much without fans there singing his song.
Just watched the match highlights from Saturday and Woodrow doesn't seem to be striking it cleanly at all. He's scuffing every shot.
