I forgot to add then back to the keeper. However, I remember a game v Fleetwood where Paul Digby couldn't even manage that bit
Did he pass it to one of their players? I can't remember I must have been half asleep or in the gents. Or did I fall asleep in the gents......? can't remember lol
So you're the guy that had his trainers nicked and set off the alarms trying to get back out of the ground lol
Agree but he's probably the best option they've got at this moment in time. Looking at his record at Bristol it was played 217, won 84, Drawn 54 and Lost 79 with a win percentage over his four seasons in charge of 38.7%. His record with us for one season, was played 51, Won 20, Drawn 13, Lost 18 with a win record of 39.2%. Looking at his stats at Bristol if replicated ( by no means a given) we would be clear of the relegation zone.
Spent a bit of money at Bristol City though. Look at the players we had in league 1, you wonder how he lost so many.
No! We need the £1.82 million in compensation first. Could buy a striker who will probably be more an egg-beater than a world-beater, but still
I know he had a decent (ish) record at BC mate. I'm just trying to add a bit of humour to the situation. Only thing to do isn't it? Laugh or you cry...
I'd have Cook. It'll probably drag on for a few weeks before we appoint a 33 year old Belarusian under 12 league champ, who once was a ball boy at CSKA Moscow. Same old.
Think Cook would be far too outspoken for our boards liking. Plus would he relinquish the role of manager with the capability of bringing in the players he thinks can do the job, to revert to coach where players are identified using a spreadsheet and he's expected to blend them in with the squad he has inherited.
What manager would accept that? One's that think they could have left because they realised they can't.
