If we are appointing based in experience and ability with the potential to be interested Paul Cook is a no brainier. But we won’t do it’ll be someone from the Swiss 2nd Division who once said Hello to Bielsa in Asda Living.
To be a fly on the walls of PH or DS......I bet both have got smiles as big as Cheshire cats and have uttered the words......nothings changed with that mob at oakwell
It will be a foreign head coach whom no one has ever heard of but insists he is happy with the way the club recruits and un- recruits players until the brown sticky stuff hits the fan and the owners and the head coach have a big arguement about recruiting players with experience. What comes around goes around. Why can't we have a manager/head coach or whatever who stays with us for a few years? That would be novel!
If we had any brains we might like to phone Mr Bielsa and ask him for a recommendation. Both Pep and Klopp seem to hold Mr Bielsa in very high regard, if he has impressed them he must be worth asking. At the same time we could ask him has he any spare proven championship players available for loan. Two birds, one stone!
I thought you were going to see ask Bielsa to be coach! His reccomenation is at Huddersfield though and no doubt will be first in the queue for any loan players.
I think he's in with a fighting chance. He's proven to keep teams up by the skin of somebody else's teeth.
This Hannes Wolf character was appointed Germany U18s coach just last Friday. Can't see him jipping from a cushy number like that to take a very tough role in a foreign country myself.
