    Mmm, difficult one but I've gone for players who I think would deal with some the weaknesses of the current squad. Only when you look back you realise how good some of our players have been, just unfortunate that we never get enough them in the same team often enough at this level.

    Watson made some outstanding saves in the top flight season. His double save at St James park in the cup was unbelievable.

    When you look at the keepers nowadays, if his career was now and injury free, I could easily see him in the international squad.

    Agree with the comments about Futcher/McCarthy, I went for Futch because of his reading of the game. What a centre back pair they would have been....
