    We've gone from looking hopeless in midfield (depth, experience and balance wise) to being blessed with some proper footballers that can set us up to play different systems.

    I hope his fitness holds up and that becomes a season long loan extension.

    I agree with all the sentiments. He's a great asset to have, and so glad he's come back to Barnsley. I hope he's not lost that bit of class that he showed in his first stint here.

    Watched his first game on his last loan deal, away at Rotherham, we scored in injury time for a 1-0 win. he had great feet, wonderful touch & wore the biggest shorts out the club shop!
    Each game after that he became fitter, stronger, settled & was the best player on the park by the end of his spell.
    If he returns & is anything like the same player, I’ll enjoy watching him.
    let’s hope he can stay fit & stay all season.
