    Is there a number I can contact as I have been charged 10 pound for match pass but have a pass code as I am a season ticket holder.

    Did you apply your voucher code first? I know sone have had this problem and got a refund be emailing them but I thinknow they had to wait a while.

    Very much doubt you'll get a refund, they're useless but worth a try I guess.

    I've had problems recently even after redeeming the code, I press pay and nothing happens. If you try to refresh and input the code again you've missed your chance as the codes already been redeemed. It seems the problem was using my existing payment method on my account, when I manually put the card details in (even though its the same card) it worked.

    I press existimg payment and 2 card details come up but you do need to make sure you apply the voucher and it says you owe £0 before you press pay.

    They’re shocking mate.
    Twice, since they were giving codes to season ticket holders, I have had both mine and my son’s codes fail on separate devices, then tried on wife’s work computer, been charged a tenner via PayPal, and still failed.
    I’ve given up even trying now.
    It isn’t the clubs fault, mind. But you probably knew that anyway.

    They will get a refund- I know a couple who have also been charged and they had the money returned to them

    There is a chat option on the browser version (not sure about the app) where you can log issues etc.

    I was charged £10 for the Cov game - numerous emails have yet to resolve it. I keep getting the same reply (automated?) directing me to FAQ (no help at all) & Live Chat where no one came back to me at all. Still waiting

    I had this issue for the Coventry game

    Emailed, got the automated response, then another and eventually someone replied last week. Initially said they had no record of an account with the email address I was using, but quickly changed their tune when I showed them the screenshot of the confirmation email I'd received for said game

    Money came back to me on Monday
