    I feel a bit sorry for assistant coaches, their stay at a club seems to be even shorter than the head coach.

    Unfortunate, but inevitable. I'm afraid it goes with the job. As much as I don't want to see anyone lose their job, it does not make sense to bring in a new Manager / Coach, and then interfere with their tenure, by not allowing them the management team they feel they need (within reason).
