Sad news for rugby fans of my generation and older one of the great Welsh wingers from their 1970's side I can hear now Bill McClarens commentarty - JPR Williams to JJ Williams ...

seem to remember he was a bit quick in his day

Always understated, never one of the flamboyant characters, but a key component of a truly great team...although the result didn't go the way I'd hoped, I was privileged to see them play England at Twickenham in the 70's.
