If we're going to struggle this season what are they going to do? Beat em with our star striker on the bench. Played em of the park in the first half. Lost Brittain and James in the second half but still limited their chances to, um, nowt.

Wish miller had put one of those chances away I think he would have cried. His parting shot, "we lost to a barnsley side who keep there shape well work hard but no real quality like us" "all there chances came from mistakes by us"

Well I think he did more in his appearance than Schmidt did up to then.

do not expect a player who as his fringe cut into a point to score, only kidding he tried his best Struber played him as a wing back so probably still getting used to being back up front

Schmidt is a lovely lad grinning from ear to ear as camera panned him at full time

Miller won a few headers and got into good positions - and at least he didn't put the ball into row Z. Let's not write him off just yet.

Thought the young lad did oreight missen could have notched but then Freiser missed two sitters in his first few games and Schmidt did buggar all in the quite a few sub appearances work rate wise.

Still too soon to give a he`s **** verdict on him, nice to see Val give him a run.

Yeah I don't think he's good enough for this division, same with Schmidt and frieser. We can only hope mowatt continues hitting screamers and Woodrow converts the penalties.

No intention of pointing any fingers but our forward line looked so lightweight today. They all worked their socks off and deserve great credit for that but I didn't expect any of them to score today. Thank goodness our defence looked strong and that Mowatt got another world class goal.

It's an opinion. Based on so far.

It might change. I doubt it though.

So does your opinion upon our own forwards change if the other team's forwards whack a few goals in?
