Rhetorical question but could these Tory puppets sink any lower? BBC report:

Workington Tory MP Mark Jenkinson said"I know in my constituency that, as tiny as a minority it might be, food parcels are sold or traded" for illegal substances.

Redcar MP Jacob Young, also a Conservative, said "schools, supermarkets and concerned parents" had "witnessed people using the £15 a week voucher on alcohol, tobacco or on unhealthy food".
Mansfield Conservative MP Ben Bradley warned they could cause "long term state dependency to millions".
Some MPs have expressed concerns families will become reliant on free meals.

    Now for the truth:
A Stockton woman who relies on the parcels said: "What kind of drug dealer would swap drugs for a tin of beans or pasta? It's just not true. Some MPs are trying to say it was used for prostitution and drugs. You can't use a voucher for drugs. You aren't allowed to use them for booze."

As a country we need to remember the names of these vile lying snakes, and at the next election dispense with their poisonous drivel. Hatred is a strong word but I truly have nothing but contempt and hatred for these scum, who all know how to spell deprivation but have no idea what it actually means :mad:

Do you know what, they'll be some on here who will actually think this is true & most certainly million across the nation & that is worrying.

Having said that, if she can prove her statement I will take it all back, won't hold my breath though.

I think some on here need a reality check. There are people out there who fiddle their taxes and there are also people who fiddle their benefits so to suggest that nobody will fiddle food vouchers is ludicrous. Whilst drug dealers wouldn't probably get involved in taking food vouchers those that have vouchers may sell them below their value to get hold of the cash. There is always a black market to be found. Any abuse of "our money" is so so wrong

Back in the days of milk tokens for poorer families with kids, I was regularly asked if I would buy them off of them. I am a milkman so they were obviously not using them how they were intended.

    Whilst the statements are abhorrent.
It’s not unreasonable to assume a very small minority will sell vouchers to get their fix. Someone on here said certain shops or a certain shop was accepting vouchers for booze and fags. ( probably under the counter stuff)

Food parcels I fail to grasp as the lady says.

What I do know is. Is that these Tory mps. (B’stds) will do what they always do, tar the vast majority of decent folk trying to survive. Keeping a roof over their heads. Foregoing food for themselves. Trying to keep the young uns fed a decent meal.

And yet people still will vote for this scum. Believing all this *****. As a given, (Tis what some of the Tory or indeed some supporters of other parties. on here. spout as a widespread issue)

I think in a few generations. The Tory party will implode. I certainly won’t see it in my lifetime. But sooner than I first thought. God willing.

Don’t think mentioned it like that. To be fair to him. He was on about vouchers being sold at less than face value to be able to buy their fix. People who buy those vouchers in that knowledge. Should take a look at themselves n’all. Just as bad.
