Hope not, offered absolutely nothing last game. He'd be below Victor on that performance and the one before.
Do people enjoy just having a go xD I respect everyone's opinion here but christ we are unbeaten in 5 and he was part of a team which bet one of the better teams in the division. When Miller came on to replace him it seems a few people couldn't wait to jump on his back too I just cant get my head around some peoples mentality. Surely if Woodrow is still unavailable (hope hes not) then he gets a start again and we can try and get a settled side and players get a decent run while we are getting positive results
Happy to be proven wrong but seen nothing in his all round game that suggests he will ever be a regular starting striker. Odd that no coach given him many chances yet unless forced and it isn’t like we are blessed with striking options!
So you would start him over miller? Players should be picked on performance otherwise what does it say to the other lads in their position. We saw what happened when struber constantly picked ritzmaier.
Yes I would and ease Miller into the side a little as is what we have been doing with Schmidt who now deserves a decent run imo. I agree he's not done enough to say he's definitely going to be good enough long term but he certainly deserves a chance even just for his impact in the last 2 games of last season stepped up when we needed him to the most.
Yet Chaplin who’s done very little so far this season gets very little grief, works hard but doesn’t score enough goals for me.
“But of course, I still have lots to work on. But a run in the team is important for me”. Can’t say fairer than that. The lad needs game to find his feet. Anyone who listens to Jon Parkin on Undr The Cosh, will know he always says the same. Unless he played regularly, he was **** and unfit. He needed regular games to get going.
