Another defeat and currently bottom of League one...hard to believe that 8-0 against Hull was only 3 and half month ago
I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but I've had a bit of a chat to the QC, and relegation from League One is definitely getting overturned. I've got 6000 pages of evidence to support this.
Make or break time for Wigan’s fanbase. If the new ownership doesn’t show ambition, many fans will quickly lose interest If the owners aren’t in and doing business in January, they can probably write this season off, or possibly even be relegated. I don’t think they’ve a cat in hells chance of benefitting from the type of financial interest whelan showed in them. A team that starts with gates sub 2000, and gets to the prem is the most severe example of a hobby club you will ever see. It’s highly unlikely that lightening will strike twice.
I've just checked the team line up and literally knew only one of their players (Joe Garner). Looks like they've got an uphill struggle on this season
Well if they think a 67 year old former West Indian fast bowler is going to rescue them it's no wonder they are struggling.
Wow I didn't realise the full extent of the players they've sold off or who have left since last year Kieffer Moore Antonee Robinson Cedric Kipre Joe Gelhardt Jamal Lowe Josh Windass Chey Dunkley Sam Morsy Nathan Byrne David Marshall Some class players gone, no wonder they're struggling
They were forced to sell basically anything with two working legs - that's administration for you. At bargain basement prices, too.
