Mowatt scoring two wonder goals and us playing against ten men v QPR are papering over the chasms

without Woodrow we have nothing potent up top at all and carry zero threat and Schmidt contribution each week is embarrassing

Casper the friendly ghost would do a better job than snow whites dwarves that we have playing up top

Schmidt is an a total waste of a shirt he does nothing at all and needs to go in January get rid and take frieser Miller adebajo simoes and Chaplin with him

10 games in and STILL no big mobile forward target man instead we have snow whites missing dwarves who couldn’t score if they were on the Xbox and instead in the transfer window we sign 308 midfielders.

Kane should start before any of them and he contributes more to the game than Schmidt whilst sat on the bench. Kane up top would be far better than what we have.

if Woodrow gets injured who will score for us ? He cannot carry all of that responsibility on his shoulders he needs help and we need a pair of strikers to come in like yesterday or else we are bottom 3 cannon fodder AGAIN

the board got a get out of jail card with Wigan going into admin yet still didn’t replace Moore and they need a couple of free agent strikers immediately because the January window could be too late if Woodrow gets injured

if this new manager knows his football then us crying out for a big target man he must see as a must immediately or is he a yes man ?

Well he gets us to kick the ball up top as though we've already got a target man.

Though I think he's supposed to have us running after the ball over the top of their defence. It's hard to tell.

I know a kid who used to play for Ronnie Moore, who told him just to kick it into the top side corners, and keep the other side hemmed in from there. We're not that far from that.

Freiser out of position, played well recently so that's an unfair analysis.

I laughed out loud that Valerie thinks he's a better right back than forward player.

Apparently he's played in that position for this coach before.

But he certainly looked out of position.

I'm not sure that he has a position which makes him a championship player. But we have limited funds.

Apart from Chaplin I would tend to agree
With the original post. Schmidt was never in the game and IMHO just not good enough as is Victor,Miller while Simoes too was a liability andis just not look to be getting better.Helik gave them the first two goals and Freizier looked knackered from the offset. A reality check and our headcoach now knows where our weaknesses lie. Onwards to Derby

That was the scorcerers apprentice scene from Fantasia. Have some dim memory of my parents taking me to see it at the cinema near town end roundabout.

Frieser reminds me of Jacob Brown; all running, utility player, on his day some decent assists, cannot shoot for toffee. It really is a like for like replacement. Apart from perhaps Brown being a bit better with his head.

    Morning Pompey

are your hands sore with all that happy clapping you do ? Or maybe you need some more blue tack for the posters on your bedroom wall of Conway Chein lee and Dane Murphy

if you’re happy with what’s happening at our club and what this board are doing then you are very easily pleased.

lucky to get nil last night

Stop thinking everyone loves the club because we dont log on here only when we lose to complain. Most of us log on here everyday and chat about our club whether we win or lose, theres always something to improve on, now and again we even go as far as saying that they got it wrong... who'd have thunk it!!

but hey, you keep logging on whenever we lose having a rant that everything's bad. If that makes you feel better then who am i to stop you. You are a caricature though mate, no one takes anything you say seriously because its so predictable.

have a cracking day, we'd just won 2 on the bounce, not losing in 4 against some pretty good teams. ....as i said we missed you posting after those games, something wrong with your internet?

sometimes it better when you smile.
