Did Scottish MPs in the commons get to vote on it? I don't see how you could stop them, but seems strange when it pertains to England only. It was always going to pass, though.

Sorry 516 is the Ayes. The Nays is 38 No Labour MP voted against the lockdown. However nine labour MPs abstained. Including Dan Jarvis. Before the question gets asked Corbyn voted for the lockdown.
