For those of a younger disposition this sounds utterly bizarre but unfortunately it's true. Not quite sure about going for a throw in but it was certainly nearer the corner flag than the keeper's upright.

Anyone saying Odejayi needs to give their head a shake. He should have done better but it was far from a tap in.

Regis all day for me, I can still remember it vividly.

John Evans. Can't remember when or who against as it is so long ago, but he was standing on the goal line when a cross came in. He must have had one leg over the line, but managed to hook it over the bar. It seemed impossible, but he did it. He was a good player too.

Was there. Also Calvin Plummer running what seemed like the length of the pitch and firing wide away at boro mid 80s.

Disco missed an open goal v Southend when we were in front. Ended up 2-2, Eastwood punished his miss.

I remember Martin Devaney missing an open goal. At home to either Swansea or Southend (I think Swansea) in the 05/06 season. I believe we were 2-0 up at the time, and ended up drawing 2-2.

I've got a vague recollection of Devaney hitting the post in front of the Ponty end from a yard out with an open goal. Drew 0.0 can't remember who against

Julian Broddle against Sheff U at home where he hit the post from a open net just 2 yards out and they went stright up the pitch and scored, never got over it.

Having looked at the games from that season, we were 2-0 up against Southend. I could have sworn the game where Devaney missed that sitter was in one where we were two goals up.

We did draw 0-0 with Bradford and Bournemouth at home that season, it could have been one of those, but I don't remember those games at all.

Bradford game, I remember it because it was the last game of the season (before the playoffs)
