Looks like someone has took note of the thread the other day about getting shut of the yellow kit....thanks for listening credit where credit is due to who ever picked up on it ....
I wonder who put the socks on a boil wash then come on let's be knowing ....lol those white top turn over bits are showing rather pinkish dont you think lol
The pink socks are in solidarity with our neighbours at Bramall Lane. It shows that we haven’t forgotten them in their hour of need.
I do like that kit. Reminds me of some memorable away wins over the years. Man City and West Brom away, the latter in our promotion season to the Prem if memory serves
Unless the other team are in red we should always play in red shirts. Shorts and socks doesn’t matter but red shirts important
The thing is, how many extra yellow shirts do they think they're going to shift by continually playing in it when we don't need to? People will predominantly buy red and only yellow if they specifically like that shirt or the colour suits them. Stop messing with the traditions and history of the club in pursuit of a couple of score extra away shirt sales.
The tops appear pink on tv but that's an optical illusion; they're actually thin red and white hoops.
Do you think the players care ? Is their a psychological thing ? I know a few teams who have faced the all blacks have said as much about their kit
