BLM as a political movement is problematic, it should be made clearer that the stance is with the kick it out / no room for racism campaign and has nothing to do with BLM. Having said that it’s really just an excuse for Millwall’s (and Barnsley’s) racist fans to have their moment in the sun.
If you find yourself on the same side of the argument as Millwall fans take a good look in the mirror
That's a **** take if ever I've seen one, but not a very good one. Or a sensible one given the subject matter. Normal people wouldn't joke about this stuff. Must be a racist
Nowt wrong wi it at all Jack, you yourself used to write the odd word now and again back in the long and distant past. Memories.
Could not agree more. If anything, I find it even worse that someone can have the ability to feel wronged by booing of a symbol of solidarity, then feel completely opposed to another that may not be for them.
When black slaves said "enough" to beatings, floggings and their lives being taken from them.... how long did it take white people to agree? Those who now choose to kneel to show black solidarity will be the ones who choose when they wish to stand once more. Not those clinging to white supremacy through belief or ignorance.
I think you’re worrying about the wrong thing. Black people are facing institutional racism. Black footballers are being subjected to racial hatred. BUT WHEN WILL WE STOP KNEELING?!!??
It's the comedian in character mate. In one of the threads below he mentions 'nepalming The Den'. He's not racist, he's taking the p*ss out of them.
They can do it for as long as they like. As long as it needs to be done. As Millwall have clearly shown, it needs to be kept going for long time because there are still plenty of racists around.
