Sky choose half the Championship games for Tuesday and the other half for Wednesday.

We played Stoke away on a Wednesday night in the 2-2 draw

When we had our 1 season in the Premier League, it was Wednesday on Monday so I had Tuesday off.

Half the midweek games are Tuesday, half are Wednesday.

Presume it's sky who dictates which is which.

It's my favourite Barnsley fc picture. Angry Mal Shotton having his annual squad photo taken.

It's also great to threaten naughty children with. Behave yourself, or Mal Shotton will come down the chimney this year instead of Santa. [IMG]

The plus side is we have had one more days rest than Wycombe, so should be slightly fresher Wednesday night.

The down side is come Saturday, we will have had one days LESS rest than our opponents, arguably one of the biggest sides in European, nay World, football.

Bloody BBC Sportsnight - dictating our game time. I can see TV taking over football.
