Team effort again which is how it should be. Need to mull it over before I vote but nice to have a few to choose from.
Halme was excellent, won most defensive headers, if he gets a run of games will be even better. Nearly gave it to Victor for the lovely shimmy when he beat two men 2nd half. Not our best performance but a wins a win.
Its a tricky one no real stand out performances but no poor ones either. Tempted to go with Victor but he wasnt really on long enough , Styles and Walton both cost us a goal so despite the rest of their game being good I think they have to be ruled out. Frieser and Chaplin both played as well as they have all season, Woodrow managed to be in the right place for once, but I think in the end just giving it to Mads - but can quite see merits for several others to get the vote
Brittain. His work rate is unbelievable. Had reach on toast a couple of times aswell to show he has the class to match the graft. He's developing at pace. You always feel he'll get a cross in aswell.
Went for Cauley in the end. Mads decent enough, but his long balls were mostly overhit (2nd goal excepted).
One of those days when any number of the lads could realistically be selected. For what it's worth, I've gone with Mads Andersen.
It says something when the voting is spread across 8 players on yesterday's displays. A truly team performance if ever there was one but Cauley is my MOTM
True, very true. I was a bit (very) worried after 3 minutes.... I thought here we go again...... but the boys did good. I'm very proud
I don't think anyone had a bad game yesterday & think Victor's looking better every time I see him play, the same with Romal Palmer. Football-wise, it's been a decent few days. The lads have shown they can go toe to toe with a couple of the more physical teams and come out on top. But we've also shown that we can play a quality passing style under Valerien, too, in my opinion. I'm very happy with how things have started under Valerien and long may it continue.
Tough pick. I think it’s between Brittain (how often are we saying that, one of my most liked players at the minute), Andersen and Woodrow.
